A crew is
composed of a set of employed or associated recordholders providing advanced
visibility to Project and Site Managers and can be assigned to a specific site or project. The job roles and
competencies for the recordholder can be reviewed by Project Managers and Site
Managers in advance of recordholder swiping into a site.
Employers, when acting as the Contractor-in-Charge for a project or site can create
crews. This function enables employed, sponsored or associated recordholders to be
placed in a crew (and provides a useful way to arrange teams - especially in
advance of start of works).
