Managing Entity and Employer Connection Requests

This guide is intended for Employer Admin users and Entity Managers. The connection allows Employer Admins to associate recordholders with Entities.

Steps for Employer Admin:
  1. Log in to SkillGuard.
  2. From the Dashboard click the View\Edit Entity Connections.
  3. Select the Entity from the drop down list and click Request Connection.
  4. A notification will pop up for you to confirm the connection, click OK.

Steps for Entity Manager:
  1. Log in to SkillGuard.
  2. From the Dashboard click the View\Edit Connections.
  3. Select the relevant Employer and click Approve (the previous status will indicate Requested).
  4. A notification will pop up to confirm the approval to connect, click OK.
Both Entity Managers and Employer Admins can end the connection. For further guidance on how to disconnect see Ending an Employer or Entity Connection.
