Schedule Site-Based Competencies

Schedule Site-Based Competencies

The Employer Competency Name should include the company name as an identifier. For example, Premium Engineering wants to create a Company Induction competency and may choose to set the name as Premium Engineering - Company Induction.
This naming protocol makes these Competencies clearly identifiable as belonging to a specific employer. Only this employer, or an access controller were flagged as Awardable by Access Controller, are able to award these Employer Competencies to the employer’s directly employed or “shared” workers, as well as other workers with a current association with the employer.
As well as giving the new competency a name, a unique code must also be assigned to each individual competency created to support the simple management of an employer’s competencies. This can consist of letters and/or numbers, e.g. PE-CI1.
