Creating and Managing Crews
This guide is intended for Employer Admin users who are Contractor-in-Charge.
- Log in to SkillGuard.
- From the dashboard or from the People tab click on Manage Crews.
- To create a new crew, click the Add button
and populate the fields, then click Save.
- Select the relevant crew and click Set Workers.
- Search for and select each recordholder to be assigned to the
crew and click Add to Crew.
- To remove a recordholder from a crew, select the recordholder to be removed and click Remove from Crew. More than one recordholder can be selected at the same time using the Ctrl key + click.
- Once your crew is complete click Save.
- If Project is populated, the crew will be specific to a single project. The crew will be visible to Project Managers, for example, to assign a project team and check their job roles and competencies in advance of them swiping into site. If Site is populated, the crew is specific to a site (and by inference, a project). The crew will be visible to Project Managers and Site Managers.
- Save the
record. The new Crew will be shown on the summary screen.
