Adding a Photo and Completing the ID Check
This guide is intended for Employer Admin users.
Uploading a Photo
- Log in to SkillGuard.
- Click Search for My People.
- Search for the recordholder, highlight the row and click Edit.
- Click Upload from the top left-hand corner of the screen.
- Click Choose file.
- Browse the photograph path and select the photo.
- Click Upload to crop and save the image, then click Crop and save.
Completing the ID check
- Navigate to the relevant recordholder.
- Select the ID Check tab from the left-hand panel.
- Confirm the individual’s ID is accurate by selecting the ID Check Confirmed checkbox and click Save.
An ID check is required before cards can be requested in SkillGuard.
For SkillGuard for Utilities users, an ID check is required before a subscription can be paid.
