Paying for a Recordholder's Subscription

This guide is intended for Employer Admin Users using the SkillGuard for Utilities platform, or a SkillGuard system where individual subscriptions are required.
To pay for a recordholder's subscription, a photo must first be uploaded and an ID check completed - if this has not been completed, please follow the guidance shown here.
Worker records that do not have a current subscription will show as 'Pending Subscription'.

To renew subscriptions for specific recordholders: 
  1. Log in to SkillGuard.
  2. Click Search for My People.
  3. Search for the recordholder, highlight the row and click Edit. 
  4. Select Subscription History from the left-hand menu. 
  5. Select Renew Subscription and follow payment instructions. 
  6. If you are renewing multiple subscriptions, you can add them all to your basket before paying. 

To see whose subscription needs renewing, or to renew multiple subscriptions: 
  1. Log in to SkillGuard.
  2. From the dashboard select the Expiries tab
  3. Choose to Show All, Show Forthcoming, or Show Expired and click Search
  4. Select the required recordholder's record and click Renew Subscription
  5. To renew multiple recordholder subscriptions at the same time, select the relevant recordholder and click the Renew Subscription button. 
  6. Select Checkout to make the payment via credit or debit card. If Pay on Account has been set up for your company you will be able to select this.
Forthcoming expires (items expiring in the next 12 weeks) will be displayed in AMBER. Expired items will be displayed in RED. All other expiry dates are shown in BLACK.  
The cost of a paid or renewed subscription is £27 plus VAT annually.
