Assigning Status Options to a Recordholder
This guide is intended for Employer Admin users.

- Log in to SkillGuard.
- From the dashboard select search for My People tab.
- Enter a search term, or leave blank to display your entire workforce, and click Search.
- Select the relevant recordholder and click Edit.
- Select the Status Options tab in the left-hand menu.
- Select the appropriate check boxes, then click Save.
- To remove a status from a recordholder, just untick the box and click Save.
