Awarding a Competency to a Recordholder
This guide is intended for Entity Manager, Employer Admin, Project Manager, and Site Manager users. - Log in to SkillGuard.
- Select the People tab or Search for My People.
- Find the relevant recordholder.
- Once
identified, select their record and click Edit.
- Using the left-hand menu, select the competence level you wish to award.
- Use the relevant search field to identify and select the relevant competency.
- Apply the Award Date, add Training Hours if and where applicable and then click Add.
- If a competency requires Evidence
click the Select Files button, browse the file path, click Add
Evidence Files to upload the file.
The level of competency you can award will be restricted depending on your user level.
