Creating Employer Based Competencies

Creating Employer Based Competencies

This guide is intended for Employer Admin users.
  1. Log in to SkillGuard.
  2. Click on the Administration tab.
  3.  Click the Employer Competencies icon, or from the Home Screen, click Employer Competencies.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Populate the fields to create a new Employer Based Competency.

The competency code must be unique across the system. 
It is best practise to include the company name in the competence name to ensure it is easily identifiable to others who may view the record.
