Requesting a Virtual Card

This guide is intended for recordholders who have a mySkillGuard account. 
  1. Log in to mySkillGuard.
  2. Select Manage my Account. 
  3. Select Request Virtual Card. 
  4. Enter your password. 
  5. Choose whether to receive your details via email or SMS. 
  6. Click Request new card.
    1. If you have previously been issued with a Virtual Card, you can select Resend Details to receive your registration number and PIN. 


If you cannot see the above options, you may be missing one or more of the below: 
  1. A record created in SkillGuard for Utilities 
  2. A valid subscription
  3. A photo or ID check
  4. A current Employer
You will need to contact the Employer Administrator user for your company to issue this for you: Issuing a virtual card
